The Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI) invites you to an informative webinar presented by H2M architects + engineers, providing an overview of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's Brownfield Cleanup Program.

The presentation will begin with an explanation of what constitutes a brownfield site, followed by an overview of the sequence of steps and reporting requirements involved in the Brownfield Cleanup Program. Typical site cleanup and remediation procedures will also be discussed.

The webinar will conclude with Jesse Hiney of Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP discussing available brownfield tax incentives.
